All content published on the gtpo.eu website (texts, analyses, publications, reports, briefings, indicators, infographics, illustrations, photographs, charts, videos, sounds, logos, trademarks, graphic charter) is protected by copyright and trademark law, in accordance with the Code de la propriété intellectuelle (French Intellectual Property Code).

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, this content is the exclusive property of the GTPO or of its partners that have granted a licence of use. The "GTPO" trademark, the logotype and the name "Global Trade Policy Observatory" are protected distinctive signs.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, translation, adaptation, distribution or exploitation, in whole or in part, by any means whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the GTPO. Any unauthorised exploitation constitutes an infringement punishable under articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle.

The following are authorised, in compliance with article L. 122-5 of the Code de la propriété intellectuelle:
