Jochem de Kok is a lawyer, researcher and lecturer, he specialises in foreign investment screening, export controls, competition law and international economic law. He holds a PhD from the University of Amsterdam on investment screening in the EU, where he is an Associate Fellow at the Amsterdam Centre for European Law and Governance, and he has taught at the University of Bonn.
